NUR AMALINA BINTI HARIS graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2011 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012. Prior to co-founding Amalina & Sharina in 2020, she joined Messrs. Edlin Ghazaly & Associates in 2016 and was the Head of Litigation Department for more than four years. Whilst there, she was involved in civil litigation matters for the following areas:

INTAN SHARINA BINTI AHMAD SHARIZAL holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2017.

Intan’s main area of practice is Litigation. As an active litigator, she has appeared in the Malaysian Courts representing individual clients, local corporations, foundations, leading companies and entities for the following areas:

SALWANI BINTI SULAIMAN has graduated Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2011 and was called to the bar in 2012 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Her legal journey officially begun in 2012 at Messrs Mohamed Noor Amran & Yoon handling Civil Litigation cases especially on debt recovery actions.

She then shifted her career in 2013 until 2015 when she joined the Wills Department (under the RHB Trustees Bhd), RHB Investment Bank. There, she primarily drafted Conventional and Islamic Wills.

In 2015, she returned to practice at Messrs Shukor Baljit & Partners handling Banking Litigation as well as General Litigation and subsequently in 2017 until 2019, she joined Messrs Frances, Hazlina & Partners in 2017 until 2019 as Senior Legal Assistant whereby she gained extensive exposure in Banking Litigation, General Litigation, Family Law, both, contested and non-contested.

Prior to joining AMALINA & SHARINA, she pursued her career in Messrs Saipul Baharim & Associates also as Senior Legal Assistant and she has appeared in Tribunals, Lower Courts and Superior Courts for Trials and Appeals.
